The Software 2006 tradeshow floor exhibits compelling offerings from a variety of software and services companies. The standard booth size is 10’x 10’ but booths of 10’ x 20’ are also available. Sponsors must provide their own booths.
Software 2006 agenda includes a variety of practical breakout sessions. Interested sponsors may host a 30-minute session during one of the breakouts. The Software 2006 organizers will work with sponsors to build a theme that is appealing to a specific target segment - CEOs, CFOs, VPs of Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Services or Support. Direct sales pitches for the sponsor’s offerings are not permitted. This opportunity is only available when another sponsorship or booth space is purchased.
The Web Café provides PCs and high-speed Internet access along with a selection hot beverages to attendees wishing to catch up on news and email. The café offers a great branding opportunity for sponsors.
A sponsor logo will be prominently displayed at one of the four food functions each day: morning breakfast, morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunch.
On both evenings of the event, a cocktail party and reception will be held on the show floor. Sponsors of this party will get additional show floor publicity during the parties and will be allowed to host a special drawing if desired.

More than 1,000 executives will attend the first annual Software 2006 Gala dinner on Tuesday, April 4, 2006. This exciting social event will recognize software industry visionaries, innovative companies and charitable organizations that have made an impact on the world. Sponsorship of the Gala offers high visibility and high impact.
Software 2006 attendees will receive a printed guide to the event containing the agenda, additional information about speakers and sponsors, as well as industry analysis. Advertising in the show guide is available only to companies that purchase another sponsorship or tradeshow floor booth space.
