The article talked about the fact that apparently more business is lost each quarter to "no decision" than any other reason, and guess what happens to these "no decisions"? Yes you've guessed right - they stay in the salesperson's pipeline, and stay, and stay, until it's time to bake a cake and wish them happy first anniversary and congratulations for being a one year old veteran on the sales team's pipeline.
